Probably the end of a vile that jazzed this show for me so fukin much but coming after Friday night's great performance Bobby dug deep and gave one us
...
a hell of a dark and eerily awesome show. Started with a decent bird song (that's not my favorite) into a soulful Jack into West LA, gaining steady momentum from Cassidy into Darkstar/into a Even So that had me swearing to god the Wolfman was seriously at my fucking door (see opening sentence). Bob Convinced me I had hit the end of my road.WOAH. But just when I was sure it was over for me October Queen rolls in, into an incredible Other one that rocked me as good as any, Days between had me finally floating back to Earth, in a good way. Two Djinn not another favorite of mine but solid enough for what it is but then brought it waaay back home with a ripping Not fade away. If Bobby was wearing short shorts instead of Capri pants I might have nudged this up to 5 stars. Don't think he reads this crap but if you see him tell him people miss those Daisy Duke days...A Gootchy Good show. Thanks Bobby for keeping it going. Bobby was was playing like a true axe-master. Took me back to when I became a head 25 years ago. Fuck I'm old.
